How It Started:
Football was always a sport I wanted to play, but for a long time I never had the opportunity. Growing up, I played baseball, basketball, karate, and soccer.I was also a child actor and model growing up In Los Angeles, California.
As I got older, though, I became more interested in football and eventually joined a flag football league. I quickly realized how much I loved the game. Even though I wasn’t one of the best players, I knew I could compete with many of the kids my age, and that motivated me to keep improving.
Going into eighth grade, I finally got the chance to play my first season of tackle football. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. While I enjoyed every moment of being on the field, the season was also humbling. Our team finished 0–8, and that experience fueled my determination to become a better player than I had been before.
Since I attended a different high school than most of my teammates, I viewed it as a fresh start. I dedicated myself to training and improving throughout the offseason, eager to prove myself during my freshman year. Unfortunately, my season was cut short by an injury. It was another setback and another humbling experience, but it didn’t change my commitment. Instead of giving up, I worked even harder, stayed patient, and persevered through the adversity, determined to come back stronger than before.
Going into my sophomore year of high school, my family and I moved across the country from Los Angeles, California, to Cleveland, Ohio. It was a complete culture shock and one of the biggest changes of my life. I was leaving everything I had ever known and starting over in a new environment.
I enrolled at Mayfield High School, where I quickly realized the academics were strong and the football program could help me grow. My goal that summer was to earn a spot on the varsity team as a sophomore. Unfortunately, during a 7-on-7 tournament, I tore a ligament in my ankle, forcing me to miss my chance to compete for varsity and sit out the first game of the season.
Instead of letting the injury define me, I focused on controlling what I could. I made the most of my time on JV, earning an opportunity to play cornerback in the first round of the state playoffs. Although our season ended with a tough loss, the experience motivated me to work even harder.
That offseason, my work ethic reached another level. I was on the field almost every day, sharpening my route running, improving my hands, and developing into the best wide receiver I could be. My goal was to have a breakout junior season—and that’s exactly what happened.
My Story…
My Journey:
As a junior, I became an All-Conference selection and earned All-State Honorable Mention honors. Those accomplishments weren’t the result of talent alone—they were the product of resilience, consistency, and a commitment to improving every single day.
Now, as I prepare for my senior season, I’m working harder than ever. This winter, I focused on adding strength and size. In the spring, I dedicated myself to becoming more explosive, earning a trip to the state track meet. This summer has been all about refining every aspect of my game as a wide receiver—from route running and releases to speed, hands, and football IQ.
My goal is simple: have an All-State season, help put Mayfield football on the map, and make a deep run in the Division II playoffs.
How its Going:
The hard work has already started to pay off. During the offseason, I earned 10 Division II and 1 Division I scholarship offers before verbally committing to Grand Valley State University, where I’ll continue my career as a wide receiver for one of the nation’s premier Division II football programs.
I’m documenting every step of my journey to the next level across all of my social media platforms. From training, nutrition, and recovery to camps, college visits, game highlights, and life as a student-athlete, my goal is to give people an authentic look at what it takes to chase a dream and compete at the collegiate level ….and maybe even beyond.
